Fast service and friendly

Expensive for 4 keys but they were needed and all worked fine

Website says opens at 9am now 933am still not open

The most miserable, unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. £38 for a watch battery that took less than 30 seconds to install. £12 for the cheapest engraved dog tag, the workmanship looks like it was carried out by a 4 year old. If the guy is unhappy in his job he should consider an alternative occupation.

Bishop Aukland timpsons shocking ,guy was abrupt when I asked for a key to be cut ,..the charge was £9.00! ,he also said it would be 20 minutes ??????? So I asked for it back ,as I thought 🤔 hey maybe there not that bothered as I was the only one in the shop ? Sooo I went round the corner and got a key cut the same key for £4.50 ..decided to get two ! And there perfect .. This was last week ..either the guy was on lunch and it wasn't his job ? Or he was looking after the shop for him ,but he didn't know what to do clearly ...the guy we went to was very efficient and helpfull was also half the price and did it right away what more can you ask ! Near Gregg's in the shopping center get your keys cut there ! Very poor service from timpsons ,as was last time in Sainsbury's in Darlington ,nope ,they'll not survove much longer .

Viewed stores online where I can get a key cut, on viewing Timpsons at Newgate in Bishop Auckland on web page it says open till 1700, it says nothing about the store being closed and currently being located at Dragonville Ind. Estate in Durham. Nice waste of my time and fuel
