I had a painful tooth and went to see Zain he advised my filling was too shallow and we organised an appointment in a few weeks time. However my tooth became very painful and toothache developed. I rang back and Zain saw me on an emergency appointment straight away. This was so important as I was flying off on holiday 2 days later. He re examined the tooth over filled it to help prevent the pain. He assured me it wasnt an abcess forming and although I had my doubts, after a day or so I was pain free and could enjoy my holiday. I am so grateful that Zain attended to me quickly and effectively. This is all you can ask from a dentist. Thank you so much.

An absolutely amazing experience. This took a tooth extraction to a whole new level. Really positive throughout and, surprisingly, I was able to totally relax. At no time did I feel any pain. Everyone was so friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure all was explained so I was completely at ease. I thoroughly recommend Dr Zain Remy. So pleased I now have a dentist that I can trust to see I have the best dental care ever.

My recent visit to Auckland Cosmetic Dental Practice was fantastic. The surgery is very clean and modern, and all staff from reception staff, to nurse and dentist operate at a high standard of professionalism. I required a filling, and before going ahead with the treatment, I sat with a nurse to complete an information gathering session. This part of the process was extremely thorough, and again, the nurse carrying this out maintained a high standard of professionalism, and this made me feel at ease knowing that the treatment I was going to receive was going to be first class. I then met with Dr Zain Remy. The health check was completed to a very high standard, and during the process I was made to feel at ease, with a very calm, relaxed atmosphere, whilst still maintaining a high standard of professionalism. I was kept fully informed, and advised of all options relating to my course of treatment going forward, so that I could make the right decision for me. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Upon looking for a dentist I came across Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic. Appointment process was very smooth and reception team were very informative. Upon entering the practice it was warm and welcoming and very modern. I saw the nurses for my initial information gathering appointment then Dr Zain Remy did the rest of my initial dental health check. I needed a little bit of treatment and Dr Remy discussed this in great detail and thoroughly discussed my treatment plan. Treatment was performed to the highest standard compared to treatment I’ve had previously. I have signed up to their plan which ensures me I am having regular maintenance check ups and hygiene appointments. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental practice.

Fantastic service today for a complicated procedure. The reception staff are so friendly and accommodating, they will try their best to book appointments around your needs. My procedure was done by Dr Remy who explained each step of the procedure, he kept checking I was comfortable and asking if I needed a rest break. I was given after care advice and told to go back if there was any problems. There was lovely ambient music playing in the background which helped relax me. I felt totally valued as a patient!

My experience here was amazing. I came to the clinic with really bad toothache. The receptionists were extremely helpful with getting me in straightaway for an appointment and were very calming and understanding. When I saw Dr Remy he was attentive and explained everything he was going to do to help me get out of pain. He constantly checked on me to make sure I couldn't feel anything during the treatment. He also told me how best to look after and treat the area in which I had the tooth removed. The nurses were so friendly and helpful helping me with my things and and putting my mind at ease. All staff from receptionists to dental nurses and Dr Remy are friendly, helpful and put you at ease. I felt valued, listened to and treated with respect. Good explanations of work needed. Costs are on a par with other private practices.

Appalling service! I had been with this practice for many years and received an excellent service under the care of Mr Greenwell. The practice then changed management, Mr Greenwell left and my experience could not have been more different. The receptionists are completely clueless and unprofessional. My 6 monthly check up was not with a qualified dentist and the filling I needed was going to cost £300 even though I pay monthly insurance and in the past all treatment was included. If I could’ve given no stars I would have. Avoid at all costs

I have recently undergone the new patient consult as well as having Invisalign done at Auckland cosmetic dental clinic. The care I have been given has been next level and I can’t thank Dr Remy and the team enough for their continued care with my dental needs. Would highly recommend the clinic!

Had problems with my wisdom tooth so rang up for an emergency appointment - the receptionist booked me in the following day with Dr Remy. He discussed the options with me regarding my wisdom tooth and we decided to remove the tooth. I was booked in within a fortnight to have the tooth removed. I was extremely nervous to have the tooth removed however Dr Remy was very reassuring and patient with me and ensured the area around the tooth was numb. I felt very relaxed. The procedure went smoothly and I could not be happier.
