I would like to say a huge thank you to the therapist that applied my daughters brace. My daughter has ASD and from start to finish the therapist offered her reassurance. On arrival my daughter was anxious and upset, tears were streaming down her face. The therapist asked what her concerns were, the therapist took the time to go through what to expect and all the food and drinks that my daughter could still have. She explained the full process of the brace and ensured throughout the fitting of the brace she informed her of the next step. This was great service and something that did not go unnoticed. Thank you to both the therapist and the assistant. 😁

This practice is excellent. I would highly recommend them. Both my daughters have used /using this orthodontist and they were both extremely happy with all aspects of the care they received or are receiving.

Beth and Leigh were fantastic during my clean and polish. Excellent people skills, explained the treatment and advised me on suitable dental brushes to maintain good mouth hygiene

What an amazing experience! I was referred for dental surgery, as a nervous patient I was absolutely dreading it - however - from the moment I walked in the door the staff made me extremely comfortable, they were extremely supportive and kind, it’s most definitely the best experience I have ever had at ANY dental practise. Very professional! Staff are very polite & easy going! Support is always there if I need them! Always checking in on me to see how I’m handling my treatment! Communication is 10/10! They always keep you in the loop with where you’re at during treatment and what’s gonna happen next etc etc. Overall, outstanding business! I would recommend to anyone! Great people to deal with!

Having already used this service for my son to have braces fitted, and now my daughter also. All I can say is the service that has been provided to both my children has been outstanding. Everyone is so friendly they have made both my children feel really relaxed. Lindley and Beth who have fitted my daughters braces has totally explained everything she has done as she has gone through the procedure again making her feel at ease.

My daughter has just had her braces removed and I've never seen her smile as much!!! A huge thank you to Lindsey and Abbey and all the wonderful staff at Queensway Bishop Auckland. You made the whole experience less daunting and much more fun. I would definitely recommend going here for any treatment. Everyone is really friendly, respectful, welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable. The premises and very modern, bright, well-equipped and spotless. The whole environment makes you feel at ease and looks very up to date and professional too....5-star!!!
