Excellent service, great job, not thick and chunky, always finished to a very high standard

Went in asked for a price got told 35 sat down waited 20 mins for him to come and say it will be 38 and argue with me when I was confused I said you said 35 he said I didn't see the picture (I tried to show him and said nails with two nails with patterns on he stated 35) after waiting for 20 mins I was not to impressed he changed the price as I only had 35 on me hence why I agreed and thought great then he refused to do my together because I was trying to understand why he changed it

the staff are friendly but ive just spent two hours getting the skin around my nails butchered. i actually asked three times for them to not file the same finger again as they had made it sore and instead they kept cleaning around it with acetone on a brush and refiled it! one hand i have shiny nails and the other are dull as the guy didnt check to see the top coat had dried before wiping them. really not impressed which is disappointing as gentle nails were my go to years ago

Honestly far to over priced, and they don't communicate price with you properly. I messaged them prior to my appointment with a picture and an explanation on what I want on my nails and they assured me it would only cost £35. After they had finished my nails they tried to charge me £45, making up excuses on charges that made no sense and that weren't advertised anywhere in their shop.

My partner went here to get her nails done and they did a cracking job they looked very nice to be fair. I would say they are on the higher end of the nail price in which we have paid but they did look good and the staff seemed to work well.

I had my nails done here and they took a small chunk out of my finger with their nail machines. It was pouring with blood as it was quite deep, someone else took over my nails at this point and I was very reluctant to let them continue but I was in shock and wanted them to stop the bleeding. I refused to have extensions back on and just got gel on them. I didn’t want to make a scene at the time but I’m absolutely disgusted to have them been charged full price for my nails after the state they'd left my finger in and how painful it is. I wish I’d refused to pay. After contacting the salon numerous times they have never replied once. Which is the reason for then feeling that I needed to write a review as they really don’t care about their customers.

Very good no complaints. Was given a lovely coffee while waiting would recommend.

Lovely service loved seeing a older lady getting her toe nails cut and knowing that her waiting list on the NHS would have been months.

First time had a spa pedicure at gentle nails what do not think amazing feel like I am walking on air. The guy who did the pedicure was attentive and polite added bonus is you get a back massage from the seat.
