I'll try and find the ticket number for reference but a few weeks back I brought my computer in for a diagnostic as the computer would fire up but monitors wouldn't come on.
The feedback I got was that the issue was resolved after a reboot but it still doesn't work.

Dropped my laptop off Thursday morning, all repair information needed was provided via email on the Monday. Was informed they'd look at they repairs and see if they were capable however they opted to keep it in a day before looking at it, returned Friday with no repairs done. No qualms with the lack of knowledge to repair it however taking a day to inform me is inane, in this time I could of went to a better experienced shop and had a professional look at it quicker.

Will definitely use A-Byte Computers again. Had problems installing Windows 10 on a new PC. Cody was absolutely brilliant, many thanks to him, the PC was up and running in no time. 5 Star Service from 5 Star Company.

Excellent service. Had computer problem just before the bank holiday weekend. Sorted by A Byte Team within a few hours so I was able to work over the weekend.

Amazing service 10/10! Josh was a pleasure from start to finish and the turn around was incredibly quick. He couldn't do enough for me. I was very impressed with his knowledge! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you again to the A-Byte Team!

Great staff and great customer service. Recently purchased a new gaming laptop and it was running a lot slower than what it should have been running at with the specs of the laptop. Took it to A-Byte and managed to get it fixed and returned to me in under 3 hours. Laptop now runs at an incredibly fast pace and actually feels like a brand new laptop. 5 stars all round.

My laptop had a faulty hard drive, they replaced it with a SSD drive and put some software on to stop windows 10 from breaking it. Their service was excellent, they had it back to me in good time and I feel the cost was fair. I'll going back to see about further hardware upgrades very soon.

Undoubtedly, most of us are not Computer Literate thus:
Reliable and Responsive 'A-Byte' become a 'Centre of Knowledge and Corrective Action' that most require to smooth the surface of 'Rough Computer Glitch' Days - Thankfully.
Thank you for removing 'Windows 10' which caused our computer to slow dramatically... All we did was foolishly respond to the attractive 'Invite to Down Load'... Disaster!!!

These guys tell you where you are with your computer(s) and what needs to be done to get your machines to where you would like to be or they are able to take you to an even better place ! and in my view they place more importance on a happy customer coming back again and again than earning a quick buck. I've been coming back for 8 years and I have yet to recommend them to anybody who has not been very happy with the service they have provided.
