Takes 3 days of phone calls backwards and forwards to make an appointment, then get a phone call to make an appointment that's already been made, they then ring me again to say that the person I'm booked in with can't do that appointment, expect replies to messages from no-reply numbers, seriously don't seem to have a clue and just like to mess people about. Lucky it wasn't for anything serious

We have always found Doctors, Nurses, and reception staff at Auckland Medical Group, Bishop Auckland have always been efficient and friendly. Thank you.

Can’t get an appointment even though I did an econsult and the surgery text me to make an appointment. The woman on the phone was no use whatsoever. The worst surgery I have ever been to.

Referred from urgent care to GP to get sent for scans. GP said on Monday he would refer and would take 6-8 weeks. We said that’s too long, we will go private. Private hospital said they needed a GP referral. Rang GP and asked for referral to be sent to me so I can give it to private hospital. Receptionist said she will request it from the doctor. Rang back a few hours later, she said she is waiting for authorisation to print it off. I asked how long it will take, she said it might not be today. It’s now been a week. I’ve rang almost every day and asked. I really fail to understand why they are against helping people?

You can be the only caller in the queue and it will still take them half an hour to answer the phone just to say they have no appointments. Most appointments feel like you’re talking to a broken robot as nothing ever gets solved by them and they just want you out of the room for the next patient

Been registered at this doctors for over 23 years and im now seriously considering changing doctors as I feel the ones here don't listen to a word you say and are to quick to kick you out the room then actually listening to the patient..i was laughed at and kicked out by a doctor that looked about 10 years old today which is disgusting telling me what he will give me on prescription whilst walking towards the door to get me to leave...these doctors tend to forget it's us patients that keep them in a job. DO BETTER NOT QUICKER

Hopefully you don't have anything seriously wrong with you as you'll not get an appointment if you ring later than 8:15. Can't book an appointment for the next day either, so good luck ringing the next day at 8:00. If you get an appointment make sure you put the lottery on for that night because it's a lucky day for you.

Before and after Covid, the Doctors and staff of Watling Rd, Toft Hill & West Auckland. Have been courteous, efficient and caring. They took time to listen and care. Proofing to me that you are not just a statistic, but a person.

Moved to Auckland Medical Group last summer and so pleased that I did. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, if they can't answer my query straight away they always find the information and get back in touch. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, sometimes it's a phone appointment and that's all I.need but have also never had a problem getting face to face appointments if that's what I need. I order my prescription on line and they are always ready promptly. So thank you Auckland Medical Group, great staff great service.
