Twin 9 yr old girls had piercings in feb this year , was told can change at 3 mths , they closed so cudnt change for our holiday in may and took them back this week (within 6 mths) of original piercing and was charged full £50 again, one twins ear was open so didn’t need piercing again . yes appreciate business to run and rent to pay but howay: double payment and being twins to be charged double again, wasn’t good customer service as more eager for payment again , definitely won’t recommend.

Gaia Studio is a fantastic place to get pierced. Blake was my daughters piercer and he was brilliant! Can't recommend Gaia Studio highly enough, definitely a 5* experience 😊

I popped along yesterday with a friend who recommended Gaia Studio as she's had all of her piercings done here. The environment was amazing and relaxed. The gentleman who did my tragus explained what the process was and pre warned me and told me to take a deep breath when he was about to do the piercing. My 6 year old got her ears pierced. Ruth and Blake were so friendly and helpful, they explained everything to my child and made sure she was ok at every step. They used needles (which is a million times better than Claire's using a gun) and my daughter is thrilled! Service: Ear piercing

My daughter got her belly button pierced in the studio this weekend. The guy was very helpful and Ruth was lovely, gave great advice and put my daughter at ease. Both were very knowledgeable and the studio was very clean/ sterile. I would highly recommend the studio for piercings. Thank you so much
