Would be 0 if I could - absolutely disgraceful service - Ordered on foodhub, the cafe accepted the order at 9:30am, 11am comes and still no food so I contacted the cafe, who didn't answer, I then contacted foodhub, who called them and thankfully managed to get an answer, they said "the cafe asked me to cancel the order as they are no longer on foodhub" THEN WHY STILL APPEAR ON THE APP AND WHY ACCEPT THE ORDER?! COULD HAVE AT LEAST CANCELLED IT STRAIGHT AWAY! Now I have no time to order elsewhere and have to go to work without breakfast - thanks guys, super efficient there 👍🙄
