Terrible service.

We had the absolute pleasure of completing on our new home with the lovely Alison Watson and Libby. These ladies were amazing from start to finish. We have dealt with a few solicitors in the past and had terrible service therefore we were dreading dealing with solicitors in general, but Alison and Libby completely changed our opinion. Everything felt so quick and easy! Alison even came in on her day off to help us complete on our house before we went on holiday. Communication was the absolute best ever! As awkward clients go I have been jinxed with each house sale and purchase however Linda Sayers and her team has resolved every query with ease. I find this firm to be professional, thorough and diligent at all times, even with urgent house purchase transactions. Highly recommend firm.

I had the misfortune to deal with this firm on the other side of a house sale transaction (ie they were acting for the buyer). The buyer had cash and the house was vacant. Nevertheless, it took them an inordinate length of time to deal with the paperwork - getting on for 3 months. Avoid unless you are transacting at leisure.
