Absolutely love HairHaus. I’d lost a lot of confidence but after taking a leap of faith and being a model for the amazing Summer, I felt so much better and happier. All the ladies are super lovely and make you feel at ease. Summer is great, I come out feeling so good and my hair always looks and feels fabulous. I’ve started taking my little girl too and she loves it. 100% recommend, especially if you’re nervous like I was at first.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly at HairHaus. I really enjoy my visits - you always feel welcomed and looked after. I have received lots of good advice on my hair care and nothing seems too much trouble. My hair has never been so healthy and well-looked after and I cannot thank Hannah - my regular hairdresser - and Jessie who did my recent hair appointment enough for such a good job and being so understanding of my hair needs! What an awful experience. I couldn't wait to leave. Went in Friday for my hair pinning up. Now I do have shoulder length hair thats very fine, ive never had issues with it being pinned up before. The hairdresser usually gets on with it and it looks good. The young lass said do you want a messy bun i said no I want a pin up, she then proceeds to curl it, I said I want it pinning not curly she then said I don't know what to do leaving me feeling like im being awkward. You must have an idea of what you want i said I do a pinup. We'll then she got the owner to help her choose a style and once she'd finished it looked an absolute mess for £30. I couldn't wait to leave and I certainly didn't feel nice about my hair it looked terrible the worse experience of my life and I will not be returning.

Having travelled into Darlington for my salon for numerous years I was looking for a new salon close to home due to care commitments and after doing a lot of research decided to book at Hair Haus. I had my first visit today and I’m so glad I booked in with Kendra who did an absolutely amazing job with my cut and dry today. This will most definitely be my regular salon from now on.
