Great quality clothing and amazing friendly customer service

I called in to Reflections approx two weeks ago searching for a Blazer. I had never been in this shop before in my life. There were two ladies behind the counter, who I now realise are sisters! Both of them could not have been more helpful, although there was not a Blazer available in my size. One of the sisters, who I now understand to be Sylvia Foster (No relation!) said she would look to contact one of her Suppliers to obtain one in my size. She was as good as her word, and made a few calls to 'keep me in the picture'. In due course, today I received a call from Sylvia saying she had managed to source a Blazer that was the correct size for me. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from 'Reflections'. I am really grateful to Sylvia for going 'that extra mile'. Excellent Service is relatively rare in this day and age, and I commend Sylvia Foster and her sister for all of the help and assistance I received from them.
